Primary Duties
Research & Analysis

Conduct economic and policy research to support decision-making processes.

Evaluate the socio-economic impact of infrastructure and development programs.
-
Model financial, demographic, and behavioral scenarios using statistical tools.
Policy Development
-
Draft and review policy frameworks, briefing notes, and strategic recommendations.

Translate data into practical insights for governments and corporate clients.
-
Support alignment with international standards and sustainability goals (UN SDGs, OECD, ISO).
Reporting & Stakeholder Support

Prepare concise reports, infographics, and policy briefs.

Contribute to presentations for senior decision-makers.
-
Collaborate with audit, strategy, and digital transformation teams on cross-sector projects.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

Design indicators to track policy performance and impact.

Conduct baseline and outcome assessments.
-
Support continuous improvement and lessons-learned processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience — Must Haves

3–6+ years in policy analysis, economics, or research.

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.

Experience with data tools (Excel, R, or Power BI) and economic modeling techniques.

Ability to write clear, structured, and actionable reports.

Knowledge of public policy design, economic evaluation, and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications & Certificates
