Provide legal oversight and compliance advisory across STAER entities and projects, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, contractual obligations, and international regulations.

Primary Duties

Contract Management & Advisory

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements.

  • Support project managers and business units with clear contractual guidance.

  • Develop templates and maintain version control of key legal documents.

  • Manage correspondence and claims related to contractual performance.

Compliance & Policy Governance

  • Implement compliance policies and monitor adherence across STAER operations.

  • Support internal control and audit processes regarding legal obligations.

  • Monitor regulatory developments in relevant jurisdictions and advise management.

  • Maintain the corporate legal register and document repository.

Corporate & Regulatory Affairs

  • Support registration, licensing, and governance activities of STAER entities.

  • Prepare resolutions, minutes, and filings for corporate compliance.

Risk & Ethics Advisory

  • Identify and mitigate legal and reputational risks in business decisions.

  • Solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and international commercial principles.

  • Experience drafting and negotiating agreements in English.

  • Ability to translate legal risks into practical business recommendations.

  • Consulting or infrastructure experience is an advantage.
