Purpose Statement

Advise leadership teams on strategic priorities, process transformation, and governance optimization. Translate complex data into strategies that strengthen organizational performance and resilience.

Primary Duties

Strategic Advisory

  • Support clients in defining corporate and project-level strategies.

  • Develop frameworks for operational efficiency, governance, and resilience.

  • Conduct benchmarking, market analysis, and scenario modeling.

Business Analysis & Planning

  • Assess organizational performance through financial and non-financial indicators.

  • Identify key value drivers, risks, and opportunities for growth.

  • Prepare business plans, strategic roadmaps, and decision-support documents.

Project Delivery

  • Manage workstreams within larger consulting engagements.

  • Coordinate with audit, transformation, and data analytics teams.

  • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and STAER quality standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct interviews and workshops with C-suite executives and government officials.

  • Prepare concise presentations and policy briefs.

  • Facilitate discussions that lead to tangible outcomes.

Research & Policy Development

  • Evaluate trends in infrastructure, sustainability, and governance.

  • Draft recommendations aligned with public policy objectives and UN/ISO frameworks.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience — Must Haves

  • 4–7+ years in consulting, strategy, or corporate development.

  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in structured presentation and client communication.

  • Understanding of public sector, infrastructure, or energy domains is an asset.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and research tools.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Quality, clarity, and practicality of deliverables.

  • Client satisfaction and follow-up engagement rate.

  • Timeliness of project milestones.

  • Accuracy and insightfulness of analysis.

  • Contribution to proposal development and business growth.

Qualifications & Certificates

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or related discipline.

  • Consulting background (Big Four or boutique) preferred.

  • Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or strategy (CIMA, CFA) are an advantage.
