Purpose Statement

Enable digital transformation across STAER entities and client projects by identifying inefficiencies, optimizing processes, and implementing scalable technological solutions.

Primary Duties

Process Analysis & Redesign

Map existing workflows across audit, operations, and project management.
Identify automation opportunities using available tools (e.g., low-code platforms, Power BI, Notion, etc.).
Collaborate with IT and business units to design improved processes.

Technology Implementation

Support implementation of internal systems (ERP, CRM, audit dashboards, etc.).
Assist in integration between STAER platforms (Nextcloud, PHPMailer systems, analytics dashboards).
Conduct system testing, data validation, and documentation.

Data & Analytics

Build dashboards and visualizations to support business intelligence initiatives.
Design reports on project performance, audit results, and resource allocation.
Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems.

Change Management

Facilitate adoption of new digital tools through training and documentation.
Collect feedback and optimize based on user experience.
Coordinate with management to ensure alignment with BCP and internal audit strategies.

Innovation Support

Research emerging digital trends relevant to consulting, audit, and infrastructure.
Support pilot projects and proof-of-concept development.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience — Must Haves

2–4+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or IT consulting.
Solid understanding of automation, data visualization, and workflow optimization.
Experience with platforms such as Power BI, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Implementation of process improvements and automation deliverables.
Reduction in manual work or reporting time.
User adoption rates and satisfaction scores.
Accuracy and clarity of data dashboards and reports.
Delivery timelines met per digital roadmap.

Qualifications & Certificates

Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business Analytics, or Management.
Certifications in data analytics or digital transformation are a plus.
Experience in hybrid or consulting environments preferred.
